KidEase
Yukon child care guide
KidEase lists licensed daycare in Canada.
This guide points to official government pages. KidEase does not set fees or award grants.
Create your KidEase listing after you have a licence, or claim the one already in the directory.
Fees after the Canada-wide agreements
Reduced parent fees are set by each province for participating licensed programs. Confirm the current amount on the official pages. KidEase does not invent a fee.
Yukon’s Enhancement Fund has included start-up support for centres and family day homes that are licensing. Licensed programs also participate in universal fee-reduction funding. Amounts and who can apply change: confirm on Yukon.ca (Enhancement Fund / start-up funding).
Subsidy steps
Apply on the official subsidy or funding page. KidEase does not process the application.
Waitlist rules
Waitlist rules are set by the province. KidEase does not charge a waitlist fee. Read the licensing page before you ask a family to join a list.
How to start a licensed daycare
Contact the Early Learning and Child Care Unit before you apply. Family day homes are licensed individually. Confirm inspector requirements for space, health, and safety.
